You can still enjoy a full Roast Turkey Dinner for a lot less calories

Now I’m an advocate of indulging yourself on Christmas day but around three times your recommended calorie intake is a bit ridiculous! I’ve found a lovely meal plan for Christmas day on the BBC that in within the advised 2,500 calorie intake. While I’m not saying you should follow it word for word, those a little bit more health concious may find it useful. It has got to beat hitting the gym hard in January or broken New Year resolutions.

Sorry I haven’t been in touch!

Update:

  • The half marathon didn’t kill me but I did pull my hamstring at mile 10 and I had to hobble the rest of the way. Did it in just under three hours. Just something to beat next time!
  • My sister and I raised £530 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
  • I’m now back at uni in a house where no walls are at right angles and every wall has at least one mirror. (There are over 30 total in the house!)
